in the spotlight :: amy cornwell, blog reader

Sometimes I check my blog stats to see where my traffic is coming from and noticed that Amy's blog was showing up. Well, I clicked over to see why that might be happening and she had a post about the Gratitude Journal she had made with her best bud, Chrissy, inspired by this post on my blog.

Here's what Amy says:

I'm so honored to be featured on Monika's blog today. She is such a creative inspiration to me and her mini albums have actually inspired me to make some of my own. Her gratitude journal inspired my best bud and I to create a Blessings Book while she was visiting in December. I also posted an update at the beginning of February (sad to say that I haven't done as well putting in my blessings for February so I'll have to look back thorough my photos). I have loved scrapbooking for years and frequently look at some of my first books from middle and high school (how far I've come!!).

In addition to scrapbooking I also love to sew and create just about anything with my hands. My greatest love which is also a source of income is creating jewelry. I'm constantly coming up with new designs and items that help people celebrate all of their life events. Births, weddings, deaths, friendships - they are all celebrated on my handstamped charms. My favorite collection is the Heirloom Collection in which the charms can be removed and given to loved ones in the future. They all feature multiple charms to celebrate everything in your life. I hope you'll check out my blog for creative inspiration, and jewelry designs!

I have listed a few new mini-albums in the shop and now have almost all my 11x4 prints available as 13x19 prints!
