last baby, first tooth

This layout was my very first Momenta design team assignment and it's all about Victoria {my last baby} losing her first tooth {which she pulled out herself}. We all created layouts based on this sketch

For my journaling spot, and to highlight the photo of the lost tooth, I used a double-sided 5x7 piece of patterned paper from the Family Forever Cardstock Mat. I don't have a title for this page, but used a number of stickers from a wordfetti package and the word' favorite' which serve as anchors for my page.

The circle embellishment highlighting the tooth in the middle photo was created by punching a smaller circle and then placing my larger punch over the smaller punched circle and punching again. The same paper was used to punch one bracket shape that was trimmed, using portions and then used as  holders for my stickers.

I am not a regular user of sketches, but in the last month or so, I've been asked twice to use a sketch and create to my heart's content. This layout using a sketch created by Donna Jannuzzi {we are both on design teams for write.click.scrapbook. and Ella Publishing - you can find the links in my sidebar} was sketch #2 of her Sketch Challenge Series at Ella Publishing.

    Thanks for the mention, Monika!

The layout is adorable, as is the story behind it. And, I'll just say it here too, but your new summer print is so fun. Love it!
