celebrate friendship with ella friends

11.12.2010  at 8:00 AM

You may remember the announcement I excitedly made not too long ago...I'm an Ella Friend! Although I've included links to each of these talented ladies in my sidebar, you may not have had a chance to visit with them yet.

We all thought that we would give our readers a chance to 'meet and greet' the whole team.  And that's how the Ella Friends design team came up with a BLOG HOP where we're each sharing a project with the FRIEND theme.

My contribution to this fun little party is a free download full of good thoughts on friendship and all just for you {and to share with a friend, of course}. Included in the download is a card that will fit into an A2 envelope and as an added bonus, also a 5x7 art print that can be framed as is or you can get crafty and embellish yours with ribbon and chipboard embellishments from your stash.

Don't forget that the giveaway for the Ella e-Book I'm giving away is still open, and will be, until Saturday at 8pm EST. You must leave your comment on this post to be eligible to win.

Rumor has it that several Ella Friends are also having giveaways on their blogs today, too!

Have fun while you visit with and get to know my Ella Friends. By clicking on their names and going for a visit, you might just find a new friend, too!

Gotta go, I need to go BLOG HOP myself and see what my talented and inspiring friends are sharing on their blogs today!

I'll leave you with this:

For your download, click on the download button in the window below or go to my sidebar for this and other free printables.

Leave a comment on this post telling me what tutorial/type of layout/products/ideas you would like to see featured on the Ella Publishing blog in 2011 and you will have a chance to win 2 printed copies of this download...one for you and one for a friend. I will ship internationally and will announce the winner at 8:00 pm EST on Saturday.

Don't forget that the giveaway for the newest Ella e-Book, Journaling that Matters, is also open until Saturday evening, when I'll post the winner at 8:00 pm EST. For the e-Book giveaway, you must leave your comment on this post.

  6. I'd love a chance to win the eBook - thanks!

You know, one of the things I'm struggling with right now is using kraft paper in my layouts. I like how it looks when other people use it but when I do, it just seems "blah". I'd love a tutorial on how to use it effectively. Like colour choices that work best with it or what kinds of photos work best with it. Anything. :) Dana

  7. I am struggling with swim layouts. My son is on the swim team and I find it hard to do any layouts and it is hard to find any layouts out there for inspiration.
