30 days of lists | days 9 - 13

Lists are a way of life for me. Some, like the 30 Days of Lists challenge, are fun. Others, like my To Do lists, aren't cute or decorate or fun.

THE LISTS

Day 9
This Weekend's Plans

Yeah, we're party animals here at The Love Shack. The journaling card was one that came in the embellishment pack {each mini had different selections} and I attached it with some paper tape. The Right Now arrow was part of the free printables I designed for everyone who registered for the class.

Day 10
When Things Don't Go My Way

The journaling card from Day 9 wrapped around to this side of the page and I embellished it with a chipboard button. A stick pin was used to attach the journaling card and an arrow helps to highlight that this is the Day 10 list.

Day 11
On My Calendar This Year

Using the back side of the stick pin, I added some washi tape and cut it into a pennant shape. You can see more detail in this post. For the journaling card, I scored and folded it, attached it to the back side of Day.

Day 12
Things That Didn't Seem Like A Good Idea At the Time

This coin envelope {sold in sets of 25} came already stamped with the words "Today Was" in the mini book I am using, I just added some Amy Tangerine Thickers to highlight a word in my journaling.

Day 13
How I Stay Busy

This page on the right was already pre-embellished with the white tag and washi tape. You can find them in sets of 10 for $1.00 here.  I again practiced my hand lettering to form part of the list title and used some glittery chipboard letter stickers for the word busy. For the date, I just stamped several times, in random spots, on the envelope.

THE CLASS
I so enjoy this concept and think you will, too. You can find more info and register here.  Create your own journal, buy a journal from my shop, or just post your lists on Facebook or Instagram. There are no rules, just fun!

  1. I enjoyed seeing the #3oDaysofLists Posts. I did not participate because 1. I don't have Facebook 2. I didn't know if I was ready to commit. Life gets Busy, that has been proven with the last week. Let's remember that next month is #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth. I look forward to seeing future events and maybe I'll join in sometime. :) I have my own Gratitude Journal that I am looking forward to starting on in 2017. Thank you for all the encouragement and ideas!

    1. I agree, we can't do it all.The #30lists gals usually have challenges in March, September and December. I encourage you to try it once, it's $10, to see if it's something that sparks your interest.

  2. My interest is Sparked :) Perhaps I'll try my hand at December. I'd like to play along via Insta instead of Facebook if that's possible :)
