the first

December First.

24 days until Christmas.
Today's plan is to decorate the pine tree out back if the rain stops and the snow doesn't arrive.
Beginning to capture the stories of the season for my December Daily.
First day of the advent calendar.
First day of a new tradition for our advent calendar.
First time in forever that our Christmas tree has not been up and decorated.
But lots of Christmas decorations are already out and the mantles have been adorned.

And the Gallery is up at write.click.scrapbook.

Each month the team members create a scrapbook layout, maybe a mini-album and sometimes even a project, that corresponds to that month's theme. And each month, the new Gallery is revealed on the first.

I'm going to link you up to the past six months' Gallery collections so that you can browse and be inspired. If you're ever at a loss for a page design, or a title or a new way of thinking or even for trying a technique that is out of your comfort zone, write.click.scrapbook. has over 30 witty, caring and insanely talented designers giving you their best shot each month.

Young Me, Now Me :: November 2010

Tumblr-Inspired ::  October 2010

5 Products :: September 2010

The Trusty 4x6 Photo :: August 2010

Included with each layout is a materials list of the products used on the project. The designer also offers up some background behind the layout and will occasionally share a Fun Fact about themselves.

If you didn't know this already, I have links to each of the designers' blogs in the sidebar to the right. Follow them {oh, and feel free to follow me, too, if you don't yet...wink, wink}, subscribe to their blogs {or mine...just sayin'} and leave them a comment once in a while {we all love a kind word}.

Did you know that the team members come from all over the United States, Canada, Australia, France {a transplanted West Indies gal}, the Caribbean {a transplanted Canadian} and Sweden? Pretty cool, I think.

Have fun browsing the Gallery and then head back to write.click.scrapbook. later today for the continuation of
