journaling prompts for september | 30 days of lists

I've been working on some fun, new goodies for the shop...journals, crafting kits, ephemera packs, December Daily embellishments, more downloads and the new 2016 Gratitude Journals...and can't wait to share them with you.

But for now, I'll catch you up on a few of my September 30 Days of Lists mini book journaling prompts. Some days I don't even pick up my journal and then other days I create several lists at one time. I don't see this exercise as 30 consecutive days, but I do like to finish the lists in the month the class takes place. I'll share the rest of my lists soon!

first day of school

Our first day of school was August 3rd, but this post has been in draft mode because I forgot to schedule it. Yeah, I'm super efficient like that sometimes.

Thankfully our girls love school, so the first day has always been greeted with excitement for the day. Getting up early, not so much. Isabella is entering the 7th grade while Victoria is in the 4th grade and is at a new school this year.

And that last photo? That's Isabella's classic, silly, I-don't-really-want-any-more-photos-with-her look.

give gratitude journaling a try

It's heartwarming to me to see how many people are interested in documenting their thankful thoughts and grateful moments with a Gratitude Journal from the I Love It All shop no matter what time of year it is. Customers and friends are giving gratitude journaling a try even as late as September and October.

Last year, I ran a special for an October - December journal for just $10 and it was a huge success! I am dropping by on this Thankful Thursday to let you know about this great special going on now in the shop.  Hoping your day is lovely!

another list mini album | april 2015 #listersgottalist challenge

I never would have thought that I would enjoy lists just for the fun of making lists, but something about the spontaneity of them appeals to me. That I can add them to a mini album and take just a few minutes each day are added bonuses.

And each time I do one of these list challenges, I learn something new about myself.

One of the great things about these mini books is that they're already made up {find more here} and I can use up the orphaned letter stickers I have

Best Books + Top Ten Moments
I'm terrible at remembering names of movies and books and, and, and...but here are a few books that came to mind. I tucked my Top 10 list inside the envelope.

what you might have heard about me

Yesterday was the first day of the September 30 Days of Lists class. This will be my eighth time listing with the gals, so I kind of know what it's all about and what to expect. If you don't, find out more here

here's a tutorial on how to add pages to your spiral bound journals

We had a full day yesterday with a trip into town to take care of some business related stuff at the credit union, setting Zach's accounts back up now that he's moved back home, a tennis match and then dinner, baths and homework, but I still found the energy to carve out some creative me time. While Gordon was watching the Cowboys on TV, I pulled out my mini album and got to work on my first journal prompt.

I had every intention of getting ahead and doing a few more lists for those days when I'm slammed in the shop and with whatever is going on that day but decided to read my book instead. And then got pleasantly tired and called it a day.

I so enjoy this #30lists challenge {affiliate link} and think you will, too. You can create your own journal, buy a journal from my shop, or just post your lists on Facebook or Instagram. There are no rules, just fun!
