september challenge :: get in the picture {with francine cloudon}

This interested me personally, so I wanted to share it with you also today.

Why? Because I know that most of you out there are will be nodding your head and identifying with the challenge when you read Francine's post. You might already know that Francine Clouden is the Scrapbooking Editor at CraftGossip {and also lives in France!!!!}, but we are also on the Design Team together at write.click.scrapbook. and Ella Publishing.

My plan? To "GET IN THE PICTURE" at least 15 days out of the remaining days in September. That leaves me a little wiggle room in case I forget to participate or if I decide to ditch a photo because it is really THAT bad! Ha, ha. I've even posted Francine's badge {you can get it on her blog} in my sidebar as a daily reminder to myself.

Once my photos are compiled, I'll go to BigHugeLabs and create a mosaic, which is a free service they offer. Emily Pitts, also a write.click.scrapbook. Design Team member, introduced me to BigHugeLabs  during one of her hosting weeks. I might make a layout, I might make a mini...I don't really know yet. But, at least I'll have a handful of photos of me and whatever I'm doing at the moment.

If you decide to take the September challenge, let me know by leaving a comment. And, I'll see you back here at the end of the month as I share my September Challenge photos!

  1. I love this idea! I am going to try my hardest to participate. Time for moms to get out in front of the camera :)

  2. Hi Monika,
    Thanks for visiting my blog. I'll have to think about joining your challenge if I can find the time. I seem to have alot of pics of my family too without me, or I really don't like my pics and I delete them. I've been trying not to.
