the twinery + denami designs | product showcase

So glad to have you along today as The Twinery design team shares projects, layouts and inspiration with you for this product showcase with DeNami Designs

You should have arrived here from Dana's blog...if not begin here.

For a girl who doesn't consider herself a stamper, I have to tell you that the quality of the stamp sets I received from DeNami Designs are above par, in my opinion. I guess that I am a "smoosher" when I stamp and red rubber stamps hold up to my style so well. For today's projects, I used the Happy Birthday script and the Birthday Celebration sets, both cling stamps.

I went a little old school here with my creation, making an autograph book for my oldest daughter. She'll have fun asking friends and family to add their wishes and dreams for her during her 9th birthday celebration in August. I remember having a book similar to this that my relatives in Germany sent to me on one of my birthday's...and I still have it!

To make the charms dangling from the twine, just stamp your preferred image, circle punch, punch a 3/16"  hole, thread your twine through and tie a knot. Now, add your stamped image charm and tie another knot as close to the charm as you can. You know have a charm that stays put and is super cute!

Wrapping the spine of the front cover with some Honeydew, Pink Sorbet and Mandarin shades of baker's twine from The Twinery and outlining the square cut-out with even more baker's twine adds a touch of whimsy to my booklet. I added a stamped cupcake and candle image {with pop dots} and colored with my kids' colored pencils atop a square punched scallop shape to cover the back of the opening from the cover where I added the happy birthday sentiment.

I adhered a different colored twines with Glossy Accents, my favorite adhesive to use with The Twinery baker's twine, on each of the three pages in this Happy Birthday autograph mini book.

Your next stop on the hop is with Emily Keaton.
